Welcome to Husky Park’s blog! April in 2024 we got a three new litters and now they are turn 1 years old! They were named according to the following themes: Moomins, Footballers & Towns. Today, we introduce you all our 2024 April puppies.

April 2024

April 2024 was a truly special month for our Husky Park, as we welcomed three joyful litters into the world – a total of 18 adorable puppies! It wasn’t just the spring sunshine that warmed our hearts, but also the happiness brought by these lively and playful little ones. Each puppy has already shown its own charming personality, filling our park with even more energy, love, and excitement.

How we decide the names?

At Husky Park, we let our social media followers take part in the exciting process of naming our puppies! We ask them for suggestions on which category the puppies should be named after. Our park has several themed litters, such as a car-themed litter, a planet-themed litter, and even a Harry Potter-themed litter. Once we’ve gathered multiple category suggestions, our staff holds an anonymous vote to decide which theme will be used for naming the puppies. This way, naming becomes a fun and interactive experience, and each litter gets a unique and meaningful theme! 😊 And yes, in April 2024, three categories won by a landslide: football players, cities, and Moomins. And so, our adorable puppies received their names, each one inspired by these fun and unique themes! 🐶✨

Puppies parents

At Husky Park, our puppies are born from our own dogs, and we prioritize responsibility in breeding. We carefully select the parents to ensure they are both healthy and well-behaved. This way, we guarantee that our puppies inherit strong genes and have the opportunity to live a happy and high-quality life.

The parents of the Football players litter are Dory & Abu. The parents of the Moomins litter are Daisy & Asterix. The parents of the cities litter are Sneezy & Viima.

MOOMIN FAMILY

Our Moomin family welcomed six puppies, four males and two females. They were named Haisuli, Niisku, Nipsu, Mymmeli, Ninni, and Hosuli.

HAISULI

The Moomin character Haisuli is a small, furry, and mischievous figure, known for playing pranks and causing chaos. He’s sneaky and playful, but not truly evil—just a bit naughty. He often boasts about his cleverness and easily escapes any mess he creates.

Our husky Haisuli, however, is quite different. He is kind, loving, and always ready to share warmth and loyalty. Instead of pranks, he spreads joy and care to everyone around him.

NIISKU

Snork (Niisku in Finnish) is a character from the Moomins who belongs to the same species as Moomintroll but is slightly different in appearance. He has a more squared-off snout and changes color based on his emotions. Snork is highly intelligent, inventive, and a bit of a perfectionist. He is passionate about science and technology and often builds complex machines. While he is a good friend, he can sometimes come across as bossy or overly confident in his own ideas.

NIPSU

Sniff (Nipsu in Finnish) is a small, timid, and food-loving character in the Moomins. He is one of Moomintroll’s closest friends and is always looking for ways to get rich or find treasure, though his plans rarely succeed. Sniff is not very brave and tends to get scared easily, but he is also curious and eager to join in on adventures—at least until things get too dangerous. He loves shiny and valuable things, but despite his greed, he is not mean-spirited. His childlike innocence and enthusiasm make him a lovable character, even if he can be a bit cowardly and selfish at times.

MYMMELI

Mymble (Mymmeli in Finnish) is a calm, warm, and motherly character in the Moomins. She is the older sister of Little My and the mother of many children, including Mymble’s Daughter (sometimes confused with herself). Mymble is kind, patient, and responsible, often taking care of others. Unlike her mischievous little sister, she is gentle and prefers a peaceful life. She enjoys romance and dreamy moments but can also be quite practical when needed. In the books, she is usually depicted as a caring and somewhat absent-minded figure, always watching over her large family.

NINNI

Ninny (Ninni in Finnish) is a shy and invisible little girl in Moomins, introduced in Tales from Moominvalley. She became invisible due to mistreatment by her former caretaker, who constantly belittled her. At first, only her small silver bell is visible, but as she spends time in Moominvalley, treated with kindness and warmth, she gradually starts to reappear. However, she remains timid and hesitant to express emotions. In the end, she fully regains her visibility when she finally dares to show anger, proving that having feelings and standing up for oneself is important. Ninny’s story carries a strong message about the effects of emotional neglect and the power of kindness in helping someone regain their confidence.

HOSULI

Toft (Hosuli in Finnish) is a small, quiet, and mysterious character from Moominvalley in November. He is a lonely boy with a wild imagination, often lost in his own thoughts and fantasies. Toft is curious about the world and dreams of adventure, though he is also timid and unsure of himself. He admires the Moomin family and longs for warmth and belonging. Throughout the story, he grows braver and starts to see the world in a new way. His character represents childhood loneliness, imagination, and the longing for connection.

FOOTBALL FAMILY

Our Football family welcomed six puppies, five males and one female. They were named Neymar Jr, Ronaldo, Maradona, Litmanen, Messi, and Morgan.

RONALDO

Cristiano Ronaldo is a legendary footballer, dazzling fans with his skills—just like Ronaldo from Husky Park, who wins hearts with his boundless energy and mesmerizing blue eyes. While human Ronaldo entertains crowds with goals, Husky Ronaldo charms visitors with his sweet gaze and playful spirit. Our dog Ronaldo has also heard the famous “siuuu” chant many times from the young ones and will surely get just as excited as the real Ronaldo! In the end, whether it’s football or fluffy cuddles, a Ronaldo always steals the show!

MARADONA

Diego Maradona was a football magician, known for his incredible dribbling and fiery passion—just like Maradona from Husky Park, who never runs out of energy and loves a good cuddle. While the football legend weaved through defenders, our fluffy Maradona weaves his way into people’s laps for hugs. One made history with his feet, the other melts hearts with his warmth. No matter the game, a Maradona always knows how to steal the spotlight!

LITMANEN

Jari Litmanen is a Finnish football icon, known for his intelligence on the field—just like Litmanen from Husky Park, who charms everyone with his beautiful light-colored fur and gentle nature. While the real Litmanen dazzled with precise passes, our fluffy Litmanen wins hearts with his soft snuggles. One was the king of the pitch, the other is the king of cozy moments. No matter the arena, a Litmanen always stands out with elegance!

MORGAN

Alex Morgan is a football star, known for her confidence and fearless attacking—just like Morgan from Husky Park, who dazzles with her beauty and graceful presence. While the real Morgan charges past defenders without hesitation, our stunning Morgan takes her time to warm up to new people, captivating everyone with her mesmerizing gaze before seeking scratches. One shines under pressure, the other prefers a moment of trust before revealing her affectionate side. But in the end, both Morgans always win hearts with their charm and beauty!

NEYMAR JR

Neymar is a football sensation, known for his flair and elegance on the pitch—much like Neymar from Husky Park, who is a handsome and majestic dog with a captivating gaze. While the real Neymar dazzles with his skills, our furry Neymar may be a bit shy at first, but his charm is undeniable once you get to know him. One steals the show with his footwork, the other with his sweet, reserved nature. Both Neymar’s know how to capture attention and leave a lasting impression!

MESSI

Lionel Messi is a football legend, known for his extraordinary vision and skill—just like Messi from Husky Park, who’s an energetic and lively spirit with a stunning dark coat. While the real Messi controls the game with effortless precision, our furry Messi is always on the move, bursting with excitement and ready for any adventure. One mesmerizes with his technique, the other with his endless energy and playful antics. Both Messis are impossible to ignore, each in their own spectacular way!

TOWN FAMILY

Our City family welcomed six puppies, four males and two females. They were named London, Madrid, Rome, Tokyo, Delhi, and Paris.

MADRID

Madrid is truly majestic and handsome, much like our dog Madrid! Just like the vibrant city, he stands out with his bold presence and captivating charm. Madrid, the city, dazzles with its grand architecture and lively energy, while our furry Madrid shines with his striking looks and confident spirit. Both embody a sense of beauty and strength that leaves a lasting impression—whether it’s the city lights or the sparkle in his eyes, Madrid always takes your breath away!

LONDON

London is big, handsome, and a bit quirky, much like Big Ben! The iconic clock tower stands tall and impressive, yet has a certain charm that feels approachable, just like our dog London. Both may seem a bit shy or reserved at first, but once you get to know them, they have a way of making you fall in love with their unique character. Big Ben, with its timeless presence, and London, with his warm affection, both quietly capture hearts with their lovable. Whether it’s the steady chime of Big Ben or London’s playful spirit, both always leave a lasting impression!

PARIS

Paris is truly filled with love and sweetness, just like our pup Paris! The city radiates romance and charm at every corner, much like Paris, who spreads warmth and affection wherever she goes. While the city captures hearts with its beauty and elegance, our furry Paris does the same with her sweet nature and lovable personality. Both Paris, the city, and our dog are irresistibly endearing, creating an atmosphere of love that’s impossible to ignore. Whether it’s the romantic streets of Paris or her adorable gaze, they both have a way of making everyone around them feel cherished!

TOKYO

Tokyo is a bit mysterious and fast-paced, just like our dog Tokyo! The city never slows down, constantly buzzing with energy, and has an intriguing vibe that keeps you guessing—much like Tokyo, who’s full of surprises and always on the move. Both are full of character, with Tokyo’s quick wit and playful spirit matching the city’s dynamic rhythm. While Tokyo, the city, captivates with its mix of modernity and tradition, our pup keeps you on your toes, revealing new layers of personality at every turn. Whether it’s the city’s electric energy or Tokyo’s adventurous nature, both leave you wanting more!

ROME

Rome is lively and loves to challenge his dog friends, just like the vibrant city it’s named after! Rome, the city, is full of history and energy, always keeping you on your toes, much like our dog Rome, who’s always up for a playful challenge. Behind his sweet gaze lies a mischievous little trickster, ready to cause a bit of trouble and bring some fun into the mix. Just like Rome, the city, is known for its bold personality and charm, our dog Rome has a way of making every moment exciting. Whether it’s exploring ancient ruins or playing around with his pals, both are full of surprises and never fail to entertain!

DELHI

Delhi is energetic, people-loving, and doesn’t quite realize his own size, much like our dog Delhi! The city is full of life and constantly buzzing with activity, just as Delhi is always full of energy and eager to be around others. With his beautiful eyes that draw you in, he has an irresistible charm, just like the city’s vibrant spirit that captivates everyone who visits. Despite his big presence, Delhi’s playful nature makes him feel approachable and fun-loving. Whether it’s the city’s lively streets or Delhi’s affectionate personality, both have a way of making you feel energized and connected to the world around you!
