The Golden Rules of Husky Happiness 🐕‍🦺

Gather at the Meet & Greet entrance and wait for our guides to invite you in. Once everyone has arrived, the group may be split into smaller groups and guided into separate Meet & Greet areas. From there, your guide will walk you through the following rules..

– Our huskies set the pace

Every husky has their own personality. We never force our dogs to work, and that includes making them interact, pose, or stay still. At the start, they usually zoom around, play, and burn off energy. After a few minutes, they naturally slow down and start approaching visitors on their own terms.

– No gloves for petting or feeding

– No running

Running or chasing makes huskies more excited and can confuse younger dogs. Stay calm, relaxed, and let the huskies come to you. Help us train good habits into the puppies 🐾

– Treats: one at a time

Once the guide gives you treats, offer them one by one. Place the treat flat on your palm and lower your hand down. This helps the huskies take treats gently and keeps jumping to a minimum. Fingers-only snacks make things tricky for both you and the dog.

– Don’t pick them up by yourself

Even if there are puppies around, don’t lift any dogs on your own. If you’d love to hold one, just ask the guide, they know which huskies are comfortable with it.

Enjoy the Experience ❄️

That’s it! Listen to your guide, ask questions, take photos and videos, and enjoy spending time with our amazing huskies. Every Meet & Greet is a little different, because every husky is different.
