These General Terms and Conditions apply Finnish law.
Products and Prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store’s products are presented in each product’s description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before confirming the order.
Payment Terms
Products and their delivery costs are paid at the time of ordering. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Finnish online bank payment, Siirto, Mobilepay, Apple pay, Google pay, Visa and Mastercard.
Products are delivered once the payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed. Any delivery cost is charged at the same time as the payment.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery Terms
Any delivery costs charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before confirming the order.
We deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods listed on our website, which you will select during the ordering process.
We aim to ship products as soon as possible after receiving the order; the exact time depends entirely on the situation at that moment. For example, during peak seasons deliveries may take a few days longer.
Posti delivery in Finland.
Shipit delivery via Posti, PostNord, UPS, GLS. We deliver within the European Union and to the United Kingdom.
Please check the condition of the package and the contents of the shipment as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Return Terms
The customer may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Cancellation notification must be made to office@huskypark.fi.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made to the account used in the original purchase within 14 days of agreeing on the return, or only once the intact product has been returned as agreed.
If the product is not in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. If the product is unsellable, we may refuse the refund.
We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the customer’s account.
Shipping and return costs for an uncollected package, as well as a €10 handling fee, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective Product
If a package has been damaged or lost, please contact the delivery provider. For defective or incorrect products, please contact our customer service at office@huskypark.fi.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please first contact our customer service to resolve the matter. office@huskypark.fi
Changes
Husky Travels Oy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without separate notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the delivery terms before submitting and confirming an order. Changes apply only to orders placed after the modification.
