Thrilling Snowmobile Safari

This safari takes you for an intimate, action-packed adventure with snowmobiles over a beautiful frozen river and into a pristine forest, 30 km away from the city of Rovaniemi and other tour groups. Feel the fresh air in the snowy, untouched nature with a view far to the horizon. During the safari, you get to make stops in the snowy surroundings and take pictures to save the memories forever!

Before the departure, our guide gives you instructions on driving the snowmobile, so no previous experience needed! Driving a snowmobile is easy to learn but requires a valid driver’s license from everyone hopping to the driver’s seat.

Program duration: 2,5 hours

What is included: Thermal clothing (overalls, winter boots, gloves, wool socks, balaclava), guidance in English/Finnish, snowmobile equipment, traffic insurance (maximum personal liability €1000), snacks

Available: Daily at 9:00 and 12:30 (1.12. – 31.3., depending on the snow situation).

Price: 149€ / adult and 94€ / child (4 to 12 years). Solo driver + 50€ extra / adult. 

Please take a valid driver’s license with you. Child’s price entitles to a seat in a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, when paying the adult price. Minimum participant number 2 people, maximum 10. Please be ready about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Transfer: 50€ / reservation.

Duration including transfers: 3,5 hours

Pick-up points: Husky Park + Glass Resort at around 8:30 + 12:00, Hostel Café Koti at around 8:40 + 12:10.

Meeting point: Hotel Metsähirvas at 9:00 + 12:30

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
